The short version: today willishud.com keeps one thing about you, the email you give the waitlist, and uses it
for one email when WillisHUD opens. We don't sell it, we don't track you, and the site sets no cookies.

Who we are
WillisHUD (willishud.com) is run from New York, United States. Before accounts open, this page will name the company that
operates it. For any question or request about your data, write to [email protected].
What this policy covers
WillisHUD hasn't opened yet. Today this site does two things: it shows a live 3D demo, and it keeps a waitlist. This policy covers
both. Before accounts open, we'll publish an updated policy here that covers accounts, and the launch email will link to it.
What we collect
- The waitlist: the email address you enter and the date and time you joined. Nothing else is stored with it.
- The demo: it runs in your browser. What you type into the demo isn't sent to us or stored.
- Requests to the site: our host, Cloudflare, receives your IP address and basic request details, like your
browser type, when your browser loads a page, to deliver it and to protect the site from abuse. We don't add analytics,
advertising or tracking to the site, and the site sets no cookies.
- Files from other services: to draw the 3D demo and the site's lettering, your browser downloads the three.js
library from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) and fonts from Google Fonts. Those services receive your IP address when your browser
requests the files, under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
Your email is used for one thing: one email telling you WillisHUD is open. We won't send you anything else unless you create an
account and agree to it.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or share your email for anyone else's marketing. It's stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site for us.
When we send the launch email, an email delivery service will process your address to send it; we'll name that service here before
the email goes out. We'd disclose information to anyone else only if the law required it.
How long we keep it
We keep the waitlist until we've sent the launch email, then delete it within 30 days. If you ask, we delete your email sooner.
Your choices and rights
- Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it and confirm
when it's done.
- Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you (for the waitlist, that's your email and the date you joined), have it
corrected, or have it deleted.
- If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we use your email because you asked us to (your consent). You can
withdraw that consent any time by asking us to delete it, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
- If you're in California, we don't sell or share personal information as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines those
terms.
Security
The waitlist is stored in Cloudflare's key-value storage, reachable only by this site's own code and by us, and the site is
served only over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure. If your information were ever exposed, we'd tell you.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their email addresses. If you think a child signed up,
tell us and we'll delete it.
Where your data is processed
Cloudflare runs data centers around the world, so your email may be stored or processed outside your country.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. We won't use your waitlist email in any new way
without asking you first.
